Here are a few of the memorable dates that have helped shaped who we are today.
1978 Supplied builders and the public sector – approximately 500 units (approx. 50 kitchens) per week.
1989 Management buyout, led to expansion of 20,000 ft2 for additional assembly and warehouse areas.
1990 Major investments: computer system and new production line, increasing production to 5,500 units per week.
1999 Move to Shaw Cross Business Park, a purpose-built site.
2004 Annual turnover £15.1m
2005 Further factory extension of 55,000 ft2, totalling 170,000 ft2.
2006 Management buyout – August Equity become the major investor.
2008 Annual turnover of £28m.
2011 Annual turnover of £32m, approximately 500 employees, 100 merchant distributors
2013 Introduction of Halvanto range for private developers.
2017 New Halvanto range launched.
2014 Acquired by Nobia, Europe’s largest kitchen supplier
