By using one of the most advanced vehicle scheduling system DPS (Distribution and Planning Software) and vehicle tracking we can identify the precise location and progress of an order whilst in transit.

At Rixonway we deliver all rigid units and accessories for a designated plot in a single collective consignment thus reducing the level of manual handling on site and making the installation quick and easy. For ultimate convenience and to reduce the likelihood of smaller component parts becoming lost in transit, each plot delivery includes a dedicated pack containing all the relevant components to complete the kitchen installation. By scanning each component unique bar code, missing parts can be identified prior to dispatch and our 98% on time in full target maintained.

Rixonways’ 7 – 11 day standard delivery time is complemented with alternative reduced delivery options such as the recently launched 6 day delivery service. The lead time indicated, takes into account the time taken to produce the kitchen and also the time taken to deliver the product to its final destination.
