At Rixonway we are committed to providing jobs and opportunities for those out of work. In January 2009, we launched The Rixonway Academy which works with local communities to develop and train the engineers of the future.

The business has further pledged to reduce worklessness via an innovative partnership with the HM Prison Service. By providing units for the kitchen design and installation training programme, we are assisting in the development and rehabilitation of prisoners. Through such contributions to training schemes, we are able to help prisoners gain new vocational skills and enhance their chance of gainful employment upon release.
