Contract Coordinator
A vacancy has arisen at Head Office in Dewsbury for a Contract
Coordinator to assist the National Contracts Manager in supporting a number of
managed areas and their design teams.
Key
duties:
Liaising with Contract Managers and customers to coordinate the
required design resource
Compiling design briefs for each new contract/phase
Appointment planning for our design team
Sending and receiving information using our design system
Producing tenant choice leaflets/brochures using desktop design
packages
Resolution of design related queries
Liaising with internal and external customers
Producing reports for
statistical analysis
Use of 20:20 fusion for
design work
The
ideal candidate will have:
Good IT skills, experience of using all MS based packages
Excellent telephone manner
Good organisational skills
Logical approach to problem solving
Ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise own
workload
It would be advantageous to have some experience of working in a
kitchen/manufacturing environment
In carrying out these responsibilities you will be expected to
exercise a high degree of tact and diplomacy with customers and work colleagues
